All of my clothing items are listed as follows Condition 1- New condition with a tag. 2-new condition NO tag- if it's been worn I can't tell, 3- nearly new condition worn a few times but still looks pretty new no one but me and you will know it's not new, 4 these items are in very good wearable condition but they don't look quite brand new. I do not intentionally list any item that appears to have obvious wear. I like professional clothing to look professional and give you confidence and just make you feel great. These measurements are of the actual garment and not your actual size, for your best size measure your favorite pair of pants and use those measurements as a guide. The over all length is measured from shoulder to hem in the front. LISTED IN THE TITLE The bust is measured armpit to armpit seam and doubled laying flat on a measuring tape. LISTED IN THE TITLE I am happy to accept all returns however, 'item not as described' for measurements will not be accepted as these fabrics are stretchy and can be adjusted to 'fit' a description. I have a standard measuring tape in inches taped to my desk and I measure every item with it as it lays and not stretched. I AM HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS! The fabric is machine wash.
